Families,
We have many excursions in the last two months of school. We will be using the "Resources" tab on this website to post the papers that are going home with students. If you have questions, please feel free to email Ms. Mundt or Mr. Potter. The calendar that is also on this website will have the excursions and other important events labeled as well. If you have suggestions on other ways to communicate with families, please let us know.
These papers will be sent home with students on March 26th:
Chaperone Sign-Up Sheet: We would love to have chaperones on all of these excursions.

Mt. Bierstadt Climb Packing List
Camping Gear List

Resources for Upcoming Sustainable Community Excursions:
MY DENVER CARD
Students will be visiting the library, Rec Centers, and art museums in their neighborhoods. In order to have access to the Rec Center, students need to have a MY Denver Card.
My Denver Cards give all Denver residents ages 5 -18 free access to all 26 of Denver's Rec Centers and 29 pools. The MY Denver Card also serves as a library card. This year the MY Denver card includes discounts and free opportunities at museums in Denver.
It is best if you can complete the application online, here:
https://apm.activecommunities.com/denver/Membership
If you can't fill it out online, you can also send your child with the completed MY Denver Card application that we sent home.
Spanish - My Denver Card Application (solicitud para la tarjeta MY Denver)

Chaperoning
If you are able to join us for any of the upcoming excursions, please complete this form and send it back with your child, or email us.
SRI Test
Student will take the SRI class in test. You'll need your student ID#.
Packing List for Rocky Mountain National Park on September 24th & 25th
Here is the Conference Sign Up Sheet for the Fall Student Led Conferences. Please write your child's first and last name on a black time slot. If none of the available times work for you, then please email Mr. Potter and Ms. Mundt with some alternative times that work for you. Our goal is to meet with everyone of our families.
Ms. Mundt's class is sharing talents during Morning Meeting. Here is the Talent Sharing Calendar, in case a student forgets what day he or she is sharing.
Here is a short list of videos that will demonstrate how we are using some of the tools that 6th graders need for math:
